This is one of our favorite places to rent when we come to Tulsa! I would recommend it to anyone! Chelsea and Justin are the best hosts and go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your stay!!

This place is amazing! It’s the perfect size for a small family weekend stay and we enjoyed the layout of the house. We especially liked the extras they had for our dogs. There were food/water bowls, toys, treats and poop bags. They put a lot of thought and work into this place and it shows. We look forward to booking with them again!

Our hosts thought of everything! They have gone above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom and kitchen had anything we could have ever need. The beds were so comfortable. The living room furniture was perfect for relaxing after our very long work days. For years I have visited Tulsa twice a year for work, and this is was by far the best experience I've had. If that wasn't enough to sell you on the place, the host are the most kind and thoughtful people who are extremely responsive. Thank you so much not only from me, but my team for the best stay.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our time at this rental. The hosts are responsive and engaged, the yard was enclosed and large, the house is cute clean and cozy, there are fun things to do in the area, and overall felt comfortable during our stay. There is a bar that plays music next door but never loud enough to hear in the house. Our only real concern was the neighbors and the area. This is an area of the city that is in the process of being revamped with lots of new trendy businesses and a big apartment complex but some of the houses nearby are sketchy with different people coming and going everyday, which at times made us feel uneasy. There are also some homeless people in the area and lots of buildings have graffiti. However there’s a camera that captures the porch and driveway, which helped us feel safer. Everyone keeps to themselves, pretty quiet area, and otherwise we liked the different things to do in walking distance. We only mention the area to make prospective renters aware.

This is our second time staying at this listing and we would gladly book again if we travel to Tulsa in the future. Their place had everything we needed for a weekend stay for our family, while remaining simple and free of clutter. The home is clean and well kept. It is close to several attractions in Tulsa, The Mother Road Market, downtown area, and The Gathering Place. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful. Thanks again for a great stay!

Welcoming and a homely feel. Positive: Great location, about a 20 minute walk into central Tulsa. Very nice, clean, quiet neighbourhood with lots of shops/cafes to get essentials in less than 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay again if I was ever in Tulsa. Negative: There’s not much too say. If I could think of one thing it would probably be that because it is a really quiet area it is easy to hear noises from traffic and the trains near by in the middle of the night. It woke us up the first night but after that we got used to it and blocked it out. Other than that the stay was perfect!

This home was perfect for our family while in Tulsa for the USA BMX Grand Nationals and Race of Champions. The beds were comfortable and all accommodations were amazing. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Tulsa.

Comfortable and roomy, walkable to brewery and restaurants.

If you have a pet this is the place for you a totally fenced in back yard for your pet to roam. This is why we got it. We had our English Bulldog with us. He was comfortable and did well. Also the king bed is to die for. it’s so comfortable we slept like a rock. If you want a hot shower this place meets the standards on that. We love hot showers and we were in love with the heat. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Nice place near downtown and KW square, we enjoyed a day just walking the neighborhood and encountering fun things to do. Spacious place with everything you would need.

Perfect for our needs whlie exploring Oklahoma. Positive: Privacy comfort and style. Negative: Limited streaming channels without having to sign in.

Positive: The home was nice, pet friendly, and had all the necessary amenities. Negative: I guess the area isn’t too safe because our car was broken into and ransacked during the late hours of the night/morning. Granted I left the door unlocked accidentally but why would someone walk into a driveway and go in a car that doesn’t belong to them?

Great location, close to the metro... gathering place... river trail.. ect The place itself was perfect for our small family. Solid spot for the exploration of Tulsa!

We really loved the space, it was beautiful and well done. We loved the bathroom and bedrooms and it had a good working space area in one of the bedrooms. The internet speed was great! The home is close to everything Tulsa has to offer, just a few short drives to Cherry St.,, Brookside, Downtown, Riverside, TU, etc. The only down side was the neighborhood probably isn’t the safest and the next door neighbor’s dog acted extremely egressive when it looked through the fence at our friendly dog. It scared us all because the woman started screaming in horror but it wasn’t clear if that was because of the fear of the dog jumping through the fence or if it was going after another dog in their yard. We had to quickly gather our family and rush in the house. It put us on edge the rest of the stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to so many great places. Also, they were so gracious letting us stay 1.5hrs past check out.

Chelsea was a great host & we had a lovely stay! Beautiful and functional space that worked perfectly for us and our two pups. Super comfy bed and appreciated how spacious, yet cozy the home is. Overall, awesome experience. The only callout is that if you are a light sleeper or looking for quiet, there is a bar close by and you can hear the music from inside the living room/bedrooms. It didn't bother us at all and is mentioned in the listing, but might be a consideration for others. Highly recommend!

Positive: This place is so clean and comfortable that we really enjoyed our stay. We visited several spots close-by that made it feel like living at the heart of the city. We did not have time to go to the Circle Cinema, but it was directly across the street. I was so pleased to see the artsy spaces and great changes to the neighborhood since I lived in Tulsa 15 years ago. Mayfest was happening this weekend, and it was great seeing all the new restaurants, bars, and visiting historical spots like Cains. We ate an incredibly expensive and good steak at Bull in the Alley to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. We played pinball and danced to 80s music at The Max Retropub, then the next night went out for drinks and dancing at the Starlite Lounge. Everything we wanted to do was within like 5 miles from the house, and the best breakfast/brunch we experienced was at Queenies in Utica Square! All in all, the house was super convenient for us, and we were so thankful to find a spot where we could travel with our two dogs who are like our children. Negative: This house is so well maintained and updated, but unfortunately, the house next door is not as nice. Also, the bars nearby were very loud on weekend nights because you could hear their amplified sound system very clearly. We were out for most of the evening times, so it didn't bother us.

We want to stay here again. We loved hearing the live music nearby from the privacy of the backyard. The location is convenient to all major highways. We loved how free of clutter the house was and the beds were super comfortable. Great place to rest and have fun.

Comfortable 2 bedroom Positive: A remodeled older 2 bedroom nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked for fixing meals and the furnishings are comfortable and tasteful. The backyard is huge. The king bed is reasonably comfortable with a nice comforter. We walked to restaurants and the university, and paid for a ride to everywhere else. We loved the place and would stay here again when in Tulsa. Negative: Short term rentals are having a negative impact on neighborhoods. It would be nice if the owners improved the curb appeal with some basic landscaping. Maybe a tree or bushes in the front yard towards the street. Help make the neighborhood look nice.

We had a great stay. I was traveling with my toddler so the black out curtains were very appreciated. No complaints, will stay here again on future trips!

The place was very cute, clean, and comfortable. It was exactly what my husband and I needed for our short trip to Tulsa. My pup also felt right at home with a large backyard to play in and complimentary treats. We had no issues for which we needed to reach out to our host or abnb, nonetheless Chelsea was very attentive and responsive throughout the duration of our stay.

Beautiful home, we felt right at home, we had everything we needed for our 3 days of stay, Chelsea is a great host very friendly and the communication was excellent, the home was pristine clean, the bathroom had all the essentials and even more, the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked, complementary coffee bar and snacks, the area has a movie theater within few steps on the house, Calaveras a Mexican brunch place right in the corner, a coffee shop and local breweries nearby. There is a binder in the coffee table with places to visit in Tulsa and Chelsea will send you also a list with all the touristy places in the city. If you need a place to stay and your party const of 4 people or less, this bungalow is a great option if you are looking for a home away from home.

The home is very nice, clean and well stocked. Chelsea was extremely communicative and kind. The neighborhood is up and coming.

This space provided everything we needed for a short weekend stay in Tulsa. The open floor plan was spacious and full of lovely natural light, the bed was comfortable and the backyard had plenty of room for our pups to run around. It was easy find and the check-in process was seamless. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at Chelsea’s. It was close to the Tulsa Welding School which we were in town for a competition. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I had forgotten my coffee creamer and it was a pleasant surprise to see she had a great coffee bar with my kind of creamer. We will definitely stay again while we are in town.

I loved the spot. Really nice location. Well decorated and stocked with little convenient things like hair ties and Q tips. They have some snacks if you need them. The place smells great- like a nice hotel smell.

Ultra-satisfied Positive: The house is amazing it has everything you could possibly need. The yard is fancy and so you could bring your dog. There's a movie theater theater right across the street it's called "circle". There's some sort of club on the corner fantastic singing and music. I would gladly stay here again. They have a Keurig coffee machine so bring your own coffee if you want a special type. That dog food and dog treats. catnip and cat litter I assume bring your own litter box. It was a wonderful stay. If I could buy the house from them I would. Negative: Nothing

We absolutely loved our stay. Chelsea was an amazing host and checked in to see if there was anything we needed and was so friendly and helpful. We were happily surprised to find out it’s across the street from one of our favorite theaters in Tulsa, and it’s so easy to get back from main roads. The property was spotless, and there were several thoughtful touches like snacks and coffee and a binder with all sorts of recommendations. We’ll definitely be returning, and we absolutely recommend Chelsea as a host.

Perfect Airbnb, very clean and everything we needed

We had a great stay, it had everything we needed and more, even dog treats for our pups. It had utensils and bowls for our small children and games for us to play. It was very minimalist as far as only having essentials. We appreciate a home without a bunch of clutter, especially with small children. It was not a bother to us, but there was some loud music playing from local businesses, only on the Saturday evening we were there. The location was otherwise great as far as proximity to places. We really wanted to go to the gathering place and that was only a quick 10 minute drive away. Chelsea was also very responsive and proactive in reaching out to us. Smooth check in and out. Overall we would gladly stay again anytime we travel to Tulsa!

We love the location, which was really practical for us going back and forth to the BMX track. we definitely recommend this place.

Chelsea’s place was perfect for a girls weekend! The location was centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do. We loved waking up and walking to the Farmers Marker and getting She Brews Coffee! The house was very clean and cute! The beds and couch were very comfy too! We felt very safe and didn’t have any problems with the neighborhood.

Chelsea’s home was so beautiful inside, I loved the decor and furniture. Everything was very clean and clearly well cared for. She got back to me very quickly with any questions we had. My only qualm is that the surrounding houses were a bit sketchy. I felt uneasy at night because of it. This house is definitely one of the nicer ones on the block. Other than that, we had a great stay. Is it close to the downtown area so that was very convenient. Thank you Chelsea 😊

Very cute bungalow in a cute historic district. Only note is that the house is a few houses away from a bar that blasts music until 11pm on the weekend we were there, but there are white noise machines to make up for that. Great stay, would stay again!

Hands down best AirBNB I’ve stayed at. This is reasonably priced, very clean and cozy, bed is unbelievably comfortable, huge backyard if you have a dog and has an overall home feel to it. If you’re in Tulsa and trying to figure out where to stay, this should be the place.

This was a great stay! The place felt like home and was very comfortable. The neighborhood is on the upswing. I felt safe. There are several small non chain restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The home was very well kept and very pet friendly. The bar nearby is also very awesome! Would recommend. You only hear the music from the bar if you go outside and the home is very near to many different restaurants.

This place is the perfect size for solo, travelers, and smaller families. The home is in an up-and-coming neighborhood with a lot of breweries and places like that close by if that is what you’re looking for in Tulsa. It was a perfect sized base camp for me to Stay at while journey out to Oklahoma City and other parts of the city to visit friends and family. Well-maintained and a very manageable size. We loved our stay here. First and foremost - these have to be some of the most comfortable beds we have stayed in at an Airbnb. The location was a quick drive to downtown. The house is clean and well equipped. It felt like a home away from home. Definitely recommend!!

Words cannot describe how much we loved staying here!! From the dog biscuits and bowls to the beautiful decor; it felt like home. I only wish we had more time to stay! The directions were very accurate on how to get inside and the house was easy to find and convenient. When we walked inside, we were in awe. The house has been nicely renovated and decorated. Lots of lighting and an abundance of towels. My pups loved the giant fenced backyard! And we appreciate the snacks and coffee as well. Thank you Chelsea!

Very cute and clean place! My family really enjoyed staying here!

The home boasted of very nice boho chic style and it was clean and SO cozy! I really enjoyed the convenience of the Roku. It was much needed downtime to watch a good movie after such a long drive. The kitchen and things provided made it possible to prepare a nutritious meal. All the little comforts were provided (such as things you might normally forget such as makeup rags, a blow dryer, etc). Washer and dryer made it possible to wash a load of laundry so we didn't have to continue our trip with bagged laundry. This is place was quite the steal!

We were in town unexpectedly for a family event and the location was perfect for us. I will say when we told our family in Tulsa where we were staying they raised an eyebrow and were concerned about the area BUT when we got there we confirmed it is absolutely up and coming with local bars, breweries, restaurants etc. I can only imagine what businesses will come to life there in the coming years!

Chelsea’s boho bungalow was a great get away for us and gave us a wonderful chance to experience the city of Tulsa as locals. Very clean, comfortable, and surrounded by lots to do! wet had a great time. The house was conveniently located. One tip, on your maps app change your settings to avoid highways. Many places are much easier to get to without highways.

Chelsea’s place was as accurate as the photos depict. What’s not know prior to visit is the fact that the house is located very near a bar with an outdoor patio that often has live music. Great for night owls, but if you’re looking for an early night of rest and relaxation, or have light sleepers this place isn’t for you.

We flew in on a later flight from California and this place was very close to the airport, extremely comfortable, really darling and well decorated, in a fun location, and just what we needed for our family of four. We loved She Brews, a local coffee shop about a block away that has an amazing mission and really good food and coffee! Wish we could’ve stayed longer to explore a little more! House was beautiful and well-stocked. Location was close to everything. Cool little bar nearby as well as a brewery. Has a large backyard.

I came to Tulsa to spend some time with our family. This place was very accommodating. The boho bungalow was decorated beautifully. When I visit Tulsa again I will keep this in mind.

Beautiful home

This is a spotlessly clean, charming, well-appointed cottage, and we enjoyed our stay here. Its location is exactly as described, and it is also convenient to downtown events (for us a concert at the BOK center-7 minutes away). Everything from the comfy bed, the entertainment options, and the kitchen and coffee bar make staying here relaxed and homey. Chelsea is an excellent host! Her instructions are very clear, and she is very responsive to any communications. When we return to Tulsa, we hope to stay here again. Five stars all around!

The Boho Bungalow was a great stay for me, my boyfriend, and our dog! We had an easy check-in and great communication with Chelsea, the host. We were in Tulsa for a wedding, and this place was equipped with pretty much everything we needed for a lengthy stay! The kitchen included a large variety of utensils, appliances, dishware, etc. The decor was super cute, the beds and pillows were very comfortable (the curtains were super great to have!), and the backyard is the perfect size for any dog. We highly recommend booking this for your next stay(:

My daughters and I really enjoyed our weekend stay. Chelsea was very friendly and helpful. It was about 15 minutes from the Titan Sports Complex and close to the downtown area. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Enjoyed our overnight stay at the quaint boho bungalow! Great proximity to dinning and the BOK for a concert. The house was very cute inside and out, with everything we needed for our overnight stay, most importantly accommodating our little dog Lily. We were a little surprised by the look of the surrounding houses, this house is definitely the most recently updated on the block. And if you stay on a Thursday night be prepared for trash pickup at 6:15am. 😊 Knowing what we know now we would stay again!

Great place to stay for a family of four. . lovely amenities and being able to cook our own meals at times was nice. The host was excellent and Met every one of our expectations. We will be back soon. It is a must stay for a quick getaway to the downtown Tulsa area!!

Chelsea called this her labor of love and it shows. BOHO stands out in an area that is actively being revitalized and is obviously a hub for those seeking a great experience. BOHO is poised in a location that is central and accessible to many great activities. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Tulsa area.

The house has been fully renovated and is very clean and very comfortable. Lots of “good host” touches that you always hope to find at an Airbnb but don’t really expect like snacks and coffee variety. Definitely would stay again.
